Stir fry long bean with fish cake

Long time din share recipe here...Free Emoticons For Your BlogU must think that I stop cooking dinner due to lazy...Totally not, I still cook dinner during weekday...Just many thgs happen to me recently, so din got any mood to take photo for sharing here...Free Emoticons For Your Blog
Okla...here another vegetable recipe to share....
Stir fry long bean with fish cake....This dish very very simple to cook...



Ingredients :-
Few stalk of long/yardlong beans (dao gok) - cut into 5cm long
1 pc of fish cake (bought in market) - slice to thin pcs
some chopped garlic

Seasonings :-
2 tbsp of cooking oil
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
Half cup of water
Corn flour - mix with 1 tbsp of water
Salt to taste

Method of cooking:-
Heat the wok & add in the oil...Add some salt...Sautee the chopped garlic until fragrance...
Then, add in the slice fish cakes...Sautee for awhile & follow by the long beans...
Stir fry it...Add in the light soy sauce...Stir it again to mix it...
Add the water & wait till the long beans cook...
Finally add it the corn flour mixture & stir to thicken the sauce...
Dish up...

Easy, right?Free Emoticons For Your Blog U can substitute the fish cake with dry shrimps...

Another simple ordinary recipe for share

Recently feel moody...Dunno why? maybe caused by the hot weatherFree Emoticons For Your Blog...So, no mood for me to blog...Juz read other people's blogs...I salute with those bloggers whom update their blog regularly & their blog content very interesting & informative...For me, I feel ashamed with the things i blog here..Free Emoticons For Your BlogSo simple & ordinary...That's why it call "An ordinary Life Of me"Free Emoticons For Your Blog...I hope u guys dun mind with my boring blog...
Here I share another healthy vege recipe...Stir fry broccoli with ham....



Ingredients :-
A small bunch of broccoli - cut into small pcs
Carrot - Slice it
2 pieces of ham - Slice it
Chopped garlic



Seasonings :-
2 cups of water
1 tbs of cooking oil for stir fry
Half tsp of cooking oil for blanch
1 tbs of oyster sauce
1 tsp of light soya sauce
Half tsp of maggi seasoning sauce
Half tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of corn flour - mix with 1 tsb of water
1 cup of water
Some salt to taste

Method :-
Blanch the broccoli & carrot with 2 cup of hot boiling water & half tsp of oil for few minutes then remove & dry it....
Heat the wok & add in the oil....Follow by garlic...Then add in the ham...When the ham became fragrance, add in the broccoli & carrot..
Stir fry it & then add in the water...Next add in the oyster sauce, light soya sauce, Maggi seasoning sauce & sesame oil...Mix it up & left it for few minutes....Finally, add in the corn flour batter & some salt to taste...Stir to mix it up...

Stir fry mix vege with chicken meat


This is another ordinary recipe post I want to share with all of you hereFree Emoticons For Your BlogStir fry mix vege with chicken meat...



The ingredients I need to made this dish were as below:-
A pack of Baby corns - cut into 2
Carrot - Cut into pcs
Few pcs Black mushroom - Soak it till soft with water & slice it
Few pcs black fungus ('muk yee') - Soak it till soft with water & slice it
Few pcs deep fried beancurd ('taufu pok') - Cut into small pcs
Some chicken meats - Cut into small pcs & marinate with some light soy sauce & cornflour
Some chopped garlics



Seasoning:-
1 tbsp of Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
1 tsp of light soy sauce
Half tsp of Maggi seasoning sauce
1 cup of water
1 tsp of corn flour(mix with some water)
Half tsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of cooking oil
Some sugar & salt to taste

Method:-
Heat the wok & add in some oil. Stir fry the black mushroom till fragrance & dish up.
Then, add all the cooking oil & sautee the chopped garlics till fragrance & add in the marinate chicken meat. Stir fry it for awhile.
After that, add the carrots, babycorns, black fungus, fried beancurd & black mushroom...
Follow by light soy sauce, maggi seasoning, oyster sauce & sesame oil. Stir-fry it & then add in water. Simmer it for 5mins & add sugar & salt to taste.
Finally, add in the mix cornflour & stir it.
Dish up & serve with hot rice.

For those vegetarian, thy can remove the chicken & substitute the garlic with slice ginger...

Fried Belacan Four-Winged Beans


Last week I went to market & saw this Four-winged beans...Free Emoticons For Your BlogStraight away I bought it coz long time din eat it since i married...A bunch of 5 or 6 pieces cost RM1...Enough for 2 persons...This bean is more tasty if cook with belacan... So, I went to supermarket to bought a Maggi brand belacan/shrimp powder (more convenience)...
The ingredients I need to cook this dish are show in the picture below:-



Four-Winged Beans (cut into small pieces)
Some Dried Shrimps
Some chopped garlics
Some chopped chili (cili padi)

Seasoning:
1 tsp Maggi belacan powder
1 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp of water

Method:
First of all, heat the wok and add in the oil.
Add in the chopped garlics, follow by dried shrimps, chopped chili & belacan powder.
Sautee it until fragrant.
Then, add in the four-winged beans.
Stir fry it & add in the water. Continue to stir fry until the beans cook.
Finally, dish out & serve with hot rice.
