Hello everybody here! Wow...long time ago I didn't update my blog...Seems I'm a bit of lazy to start my work today, so I take this opportunity to say hi here...
Actually today I feel not very happy coz of some quarrel with my other half last nite...But don't worry, I can handle it by not thinking of it...I still can hide my unhappy face in front of other people coz this problem is between me & my other half...So, no point for me to show sad or angry face to other people & make them unhappy too...Right? But some people will do that whenever he or she moody & i think that is rude behavior to show a moody face to the surrounding people & make those peoples feel unhappy too...Maybe this kind of rude people want to show to the world that they are mad or sad & all the peoples must follow them...Actually, I'm the one to experience it almost every week here...I hate this kind of people...They will make us like we done the wrong things to them...Like psycho attack...But now I already get used of it by treating them transparent...
Okla...need to stop here & start my work..If not, will being shot at the back...Take care ya all my friends! :D

Seems almost 2 weeks I didn't update my blog..huh...such a lazy gal

I'm sure some of u here might alwiz saw my comment in YM "BLACKOUT AGAIN!"...My office area here alwiz blackout...almost everyday between 3 to 7 hours...Even my home also experience it during night time...Luckily just an hour...I think the whole Sandakan face this kind of crazy problem...
Nothing we can do, juz can x@#0+...or juz think positively, blackout means no fan + no aircon = sweat = detox= healthy... o, we muz grateful & thanks to SEB to help us out in this way to keep our body healthy... Anyone agree here? For my opinion, sory no way I dun agree... So terrible... Beside hot, we can't do our job & of course can't online too...Means motivation decrease = productivity decrease = economy slowdown...

I've been attacked by laziness worm...Dun feel wan to blog....I just prefer to check out my friend's blog & other blogger's blog...I think their blogs more interesting compare with mine...Alot of info, picture & etc...but mines just nothing...Probably lack of creativity & idea...The main reason should be LAZY...Just feel tired & no mood to do anything even at my work place too...Wish I can stay at home & rest 'kau kau' live like a princess (dreaming :D) &...Can travel any where I like & eat what ever I wish & no need to worry about $$$ problem...Anyone there wan to join me? hehehe...

I came back 1 day more early than my plan coz my hubby got some urgent matter in sandakan...Feel quite sad though coz cant shop 'gau gau' in kk...but nevermind, for sure I will go KK again in future...

About my endoscopy test outcome, everything normal... :D Juz my spincter loose a bit...Need to consume medicine...& the most happiest thing i heard from doctor is I not supposed to cut out the food & drink that I consumed previously...He said it will made my problem became more worse if I overly control my diet ...Means now I can eat & drink whatever I want but not alcohol, tea, coffee & chocolate...These beverages I juz can have some ony...Better than nothing...& the other condition is cannot eat too full, need to exercise & dun be stress...

I managed to met up with my uni coursemates at Yogurberry Warisan Square...We chat for almost 2 hours there...Everybody got their own career & the most important thing is everyone in healthy condition...This one cannot buy with money one...So, guys pls take good care of your health...Such a memorable moment for me...Dunno when we can meet up again?

Tomorrow I will going to KK for my health purpose...I will having my endoscopic test at SMC for my acid reflux problem...Hopefully everything will be fine...My hubby will accompany me for this trip & he need to drive 6 hours to reach KK...Poor hubby...The happiest thing once in KK is REUNION with my ex-coursemate of HE08 UMS...Even juz few of us but I'm very exciting & happy even though we got msn each other but it's never the same when we can chat face to face...It would be our precious moment...Right? My trip is 5 days 4 nites & I not yet pack my stuff...Will rush it out tonite...
Wish everything will go smooth like what I plan...

First case of A(H1N1)Flu detected in Malaysia as reported in THE STAR online..

"KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia on Friday confirmed its first case of the A(H1N1) flu in a 21-year-old student who returned from the United States on Wednesday morning.

All passengers on the Malaysia Airlines flight MH091 from Newark on Wednesday are urged to contact the Health Ministry by calling 03-88810200 or 03-88810300

Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the case made Malaysia the 36th country to be affected by the virus.

Meanwhile, A statement by the Health Ministry's director-general, Dr. Ismail Merican, said the young man was hospitalised on Thursday for fever, sore throat and body aches.

Tests confirmed that he was infected with the A(H1N1) virus, the statement said. He is receiving anti-viral treatment and was in stable condition, it said.

Ismail said the ministry had contacted members of his family but they have not been placed under quarantine."

Hope those passengers took the same flight or got contact with the victim can immediately go for this test...It's very important to prevent it from spread within the country...Please be a responsible citizen...

Seems long time I didn't update my blog...Quite depress recently regarding my personal matter...Sorry not convenience to share it here...Anyway, everything is going fine right now...
I wonder who have tried up "royal jelly" here? Coz I've been thinking to consume it after finish my acid reflux medication...Why 'royal jelly'? Actually, I read it in the newspaper tat 'royal jelly' can help on stomach problem such as acid reflux, my main problem nowadays...Any comment or advice here?

Spaghetti

Seem long long time, I didn't blog about my humble cooking skill...Actually I got took pictures of the foods I cooked but I'm too lazy to blog it...Sorry for my laziness...So, here I will share this easy recipe....Spaghetti...When I go for shopping in supermarket, I saw this ready made spaghetti sauce Kimball brand & quite cheap ony RM4 something so just bought one to try it...& a pack of San Remo brand spaghetti...

I use a very limited ingredient just chicken sausage..Cut it to small pieces...
Boil some water in a pot & add some salt & oil... Add the spaghetti into the boiling water & cook until it soft... approximately 15mins...(u can refer to the spaghetti packing for the cooking method)...then toss away the water...Place the spaghetti into a serving bowl or plate...
For the sauce, heat the oil in the pan & add in some chopped red onion...Sauteed till fragrant & add in the sausage slices...Stir fry it for awhile & pour in 3 tablespoons of Kimball spaghetti sauce & 2 tablespoons of water...Add in half teaspoon of sugar & a pinch of salt & pepper powder to taste..Stir to mix it...Let it cook for awhile & place the sauce over the spaghetti....

I like it but remember to add in some sugar coz the original sauce taste very sour...You can add other ingredients such as prawn, squid, minced meat & etc...as u like...Hope u can try this up...

Award ka or tag? Anyway, thanks Nc for this pretty award... What I know about Nc?...
She is very active & cute gal since i knew her in ums... So strange is we din get close during that time, but now very close when we apart (Thanks to cyber technology)... We share alot of info & problems such as career, love life, health & etc... Even though she look tough & happy, but inside her heart she is weak & quite negative thinking (Me too either, so we very understand our both feeling)... She was engaged to a teacher... Hope her Mr.Right will love & protect her forever...

I'm so grateful with my life now. I have a husband, job, house, money (not a lot, at least cukup-cukup makan) & hopefully this year I can add another member to my little family;

Not outgoing person...passive...that's why I dun have many friend here;
'Hangat-hangat tahi ayam'...If i think want to do something, I need to do it in advance...If not, later I dun have any mood to make it happen;

*The 5 Things That Made Me Proud in 2008*

1) Upgrade to other stage of life...Been married & share life with my other half;

2) Travel oversea...That was my 1st time to travel oversea to South Korea for honeymoon;

3) First time give out angpow...Previously only received angpow but start from 2008 need to give out angpow...But still received angpow from my parents & grandma;

4) Wife responsibility...FYI, I need to work but in the meantime I need to cook dinner & do all the house chore daily...quite tiring ...I thought I can't handle it but I can...Want to be a perfect wife ma;

5) I think the last should be blogging...Thank you Nc for ur encouragement & inspiration for me to start my blog...At least, I got a place to express my feeling & show up my humble cooking skill...

Hi, so sorry for not updating my blog for almost 2 weeks... Been very busy recently with my new task in my present company... Alwiz need to attend meeting... This few days more free because my boss is outstation... No need meeting, meeting & meeting...
Time past so fast... Now is December...Christmas is coming......my 1st wedding anniversary too...Really fast...Seems nothg special happen to me this 2008 except my poor health...I mean my stomach problem... Now still under medication... Many foods & drinks I can't have... This is the worse health problem i experience... It already more than 3 months...Really sad... Haiz... Really wish i get well soon, so i can savour all my favourite foods & drinks especially during CNY 2009...
Advise for all of you, take good care of ur health... Money can buy anythg but not HEALTH, family & love...Juz think of it...

Uninvited guests in my house

What is in ur mind when u saw this title? Uninvited guests...Give u some hints...Not human, not invisible (not ghost lar), living small creatures, 2 different creatures, annoying, cannot fly, everywhere got these, caused dirty, one silent & another one create sound, dun hurt people, everyone hate its...Any idea?
They are ants & lizards....Mostly in my kitchen...Vy vy annoying...Any idea to get rid of them beside using poison? u knowla kitchen better dun use poison...dangerous...Any natural way?

Stir fry long bean with fish cake

Long time din share recipe here...U must think that I stop cooking dinner due to lazy...Totally not, I still cook dinner during weekday...Just many thgs happen to me recently, so din got any mood to take photo for sharing here...
Okla...here another vegetable recipe to share....
Stir fry long bean with fish cake....This dish very very simple to cook...

Ingredients :-
Few stalk of long/yardlong beans (dao gok) - cut into 5cm long
1 pc of fish cake (bought in market) - slice to thin pcs
some chopped garlic

Seasonings :-
2 tbsp of cooking oil
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
Half cup of water
Corn flour - mix with 1 tbsp of water
Salt to taste

Method of cooking:-
Heat the wok & add in the oil...Add some salt...Sautee the chopped garlic until fragrance...
Then, add in the slice fish cakes...Sautee for awhile & follow by the long beans...
Stir fry it...Add in the light soy sauce...Stir it again to mix it...
Add the water & wait till the long beans cook...
Finally add it the corn flour mixture & stir to thicken the sauce...
Dish up...

Easy, right? U can substitute the fish cake with dry shrimps...

Yesterday was my birthday...So, my hubby suggest Japanese cuisine seems it is my favourite food...In my hometown here, only got 1 japanese restaurant...Edo Ichi Japanese Restaurant...Everytime i visit this restaurant, for sure i will order dinner set which consist of main dish, salad, steam egg, fruits & sushi...coz i want to have everythg so better choose set...value for money...
Unfortunately, I got stomach acidic problem, so I can't eat sushi (got vinegar inside the sushi rice)... No point for me to choose set dinner... & my hubby dun prefer sushi... So, we stick to ala carte... I juz order somethg vy normal & healthy...Fried Seafood Udon...

Taste wise, nothg special... It consist of prawns, squids, beansprouts, pea shoots ('dou miao' in mandarin)& bonito flakes...Seems like dry fried noodle in chinese style but in different taste...

Comment from my hubby, it look like chinese style Lemon Chicken Chop Rice...The different is the sauce... Very ordinary dish again... It come with a bowl of seaweed soup...
Other side dishes we order are Unagi Kabayaki & Yakitori...

My favourite dishes last nite should be Unagi...Yummy yummy if eat with rice...but i order noodle so juz eat with noodle lor...
Yakitori also not bad...actually it got 3 sticks...once it served at our table, both of us straight away grab a stick & ate it...After that, i juz remember to took photo of it...Sorry...Yakitori similar to chicken skewer....It consist of chicken thigh meat & leek...
Finally, complimentary of a scoop of vanilla ice-cream sprinkle with macha powder...i prefer green tea flavour instead of vanilla...so bad, they dun serve it...
Summary, the foods in this restaurant juz average... The service oso average (note: i hate those waitress or waiter stand near our table & look at us while we were having dinner...it really annoyed us)... Their menu got vy limited choice... Really can't compare with those KL Japanese Restaurant that review by food bloggers...
Anyway, even though the foods juz ordinary, I oredy feel satisfy & happy because my hubby can spend times to celebrate my birthday (he supposed to work OT but chg shift with his collegue)....
Sorry for the bad quality pictures...Because of the dim light in that restaurant...

Everybody must thought that I took long leave for holiday coz long time din online... Actually not, I din take leave... I've change my desktop & used windows vista... & my previously 'wifi' software was not compatible with tis vista... so, my company's computer technician ned few days to search for t solution... Tis few days, I really boring & feel that time past so slow coz can't online...

I juz can online yesterday afternoon after 5pm after tat technician fix that 'wifi' for me...

Another simple ordinary recipe for share

Recently feel moody...Dunno why? maybe caused by the hot weather...So, no mood for me to blog...Juz read other people's blogs...I salute with those bloggers whom update their blog regularly & their blog content very interesting & informative...For me, I feel ashamed with the things i blog here..So simple & ordinary...That's why it call "An ordinary Life Of me"...I hope u guys dun mind with my boring blog...
Here I share another healthy vege recipe...Stir fry broccoli with ham....

Ingredients :-
A small bunch of broccoli - cut into small pcs
Carrot - Slice it
2 pieces of ham - Slice it
Chopped garlic

Seasonings :-
2 cups of water
1 tbs of cooking oil for stir fry
Half tsp of cooking oil for blanch
1 tbs of oyster sauce
1 tsp of light soya sauce
Half tsp of maggi seasoning sauce
Half tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of corn flour - mix with 1 tsb of water
1 cup of water
Some salt to taste

Method :-
Blanch the broccoli & carrot with 2 cup of hot boiling water & half tsp of oil for few minutes then remove & dry it....
Heat the wok & add in the oil....Follow by garlic...Then add in the ham...When the ham became fragrance, add in the broccoli & carrot..
Stir fry it & then add in the water...Next add in the oyster sauce, light soya sauce, Maggi seasoning sauce & sesame oil...Mix it up & left it for few minutes....Finally, add in the corn flour batter & some salt to taste...Stir to mix it up...
Dish up...Mission complete...

Long time didn't update my blog...Where I've been missing for this period time?...I didn't go anywhere...Juz stay in my hometown...Some lazy worm stay inside me...keep me away fm blogging...Yesterday was public holiday for Sabah...So, I took leave on Monday so can 'lazying' 3 days...
Haiz...I've spent most of my holiday time at saloon to straighten my hair...Believe or not?...I've been using 13 hours to straighten my hair....The first 5 hours on las Saturday...Thn another 3 hours on Sunday....The rest on Tuesday...Why??? For 1st time, my hair look not exactly straight...so i went back to the saloon on Sunday & spent 3 hours to straighten t not so straight part....When finish, the end of my hair stil very stubborn not straight at all so the bosslady ask me to go back on yesterday (Tuesday)... I thought wil only took 3 hours but not is 5 hours...They start the straightening process from beginning but use more powerful chemical...FYI, they are using Shiseido brand crystalizing straigtening chemical...but this is not my 1st time to do my hair straightening in this saloon...really disappointing...& somemore it's not cheap...but now my hair stil look not vy straight at the end part of my hair....haiz...dunno wat problem but luckily t top part look straight...now hopefully after wash my hair, it wil stay straight & fine...coz i dun wan to spend more hours & $$ in tat saloon anymore...

ABC soup

This is my 1st blog about soup...Juz an ordinary popular ABC soup which i cook last nite...Very easy to cook especially for whom not a very talent cook like me...
Why it name ABC instead of mix vege soup? Erm...for my opinion, I thk because it like ABC ice shave, everything mix in a bowl..So, this soup also same... everything mix into the pot & cook until it become a delicious & nutritious soup...
There got no fix ingredients for this soup, as long as what vege u prefer, then juz add into it...Here we go with this ordinary easy recipe :-

Ingredients:-
1 Potato - cut into medium pieces
1 Tomato - cut into 4 pieces
chicken breast with bone (remove skin) - halve it
1 carrot - cut into medium pieces
few pieces of taufu - halve it
1 big onion - halve it
few slice of ginger
Some salt & pepper powder to taste

a big bowl of water
2 small bowl of hot boiling water

Method:-
1. Blanched the chicken breast with the hot boiling water for few minutes. Then, remove it & blanched in cool water.
2. Bring a big bowl of water to boil in the soup pot.
3. Add in all the ingredients except salt. Let it boil for few minutes in high heat.
4. Then lower heat & simmer for about an hours till the potato & carrot become soft.
5. Remove from heat & add in some salt & pepper powder to taste. Ready to serve.

Note: This is for 2 persons portion.

Very easy right? I'm sure everybody knw how to cook it....Very refreshing & satisfying soup...Yummy yummy...

Any idea what the meaning of this word, 'VEDABLU'? ..This is the name of the premium ice-cream which is well-known amongst KK(Kota Kinabalu) people...The founder of this Vedablu is frm KK...Thy import the machines frm Italy & uses the fresh & natural ingredients to make this premium ice-cream. Thy have factory in KK to produce this ice-cream...So far, they have 5 outlets in KK, 1 franchicee in tawau & another 1 will be opening soon in my hometown sandakan... Their ice-cream is not cheap...about RM6 perscoop...i wonder how tasty & the quality of this ice-cream...i will try it out once it open on this coming Sunday (National Day)...Anyone have tried this ice-cream before? Pls feel free to share ur comment here...

Stir fry mix vege with chicken meat

This is another ordinary recipe post I want to share with all of you hereStir fry mix vege with chicken meat...

The ingredients I need to made this dish were as below:-
A pack of Baby corns - cut into 2
Carrot - Cut into pcs
Few pcs Black mushroom - Soak it till soft with water & slice it
Few pcs black fungus ('muk yee') - Soak it till soft with water & slice it
Few pcs deep fried beancurd ('taufu pok') - Cut into small pcs
Some chicken meats - Cut into small pcs & marinate with some light soy sauce & cornflour
Some chopped garlics

Seasoning:-
1 tbsp of Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
1 tsp of light soy sauce
Half tsp of Maggi seasoning sauce
1 cup of water
1 tsp of corn flour(mix with some water)
Half tsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of cooking oil
Some sugar & salt to taste

Method:-
Heat the wok & add in some oil. Stir fry the black mushroom till fragrance & dish up.
Then, add all the cooking oil & sautee the chopped garlics till fragrance & add in the marinate chicken meat. Stir fry it for awhile.
After that, add the carrots, babycorns, black fungus, fried beancurd & black mushroom...
Follow by light soy sauce, maggi seasoning, oyster sauce & sesame oil. Stir-fry it & then add in water. Simmer it for 5mins & add sugar & salt to taste.
Finally, add in the mix cornflour & stir it.
Dish up & serve with hot rice.

A very healthy dish...
For those vegetarian, thy can remove the chicken & substitute the garlic with slice ginger...

Even though Lee Chong Wei can't bring back Malaysia's first-ever Olympic gold medal but he won a Silver medal for Malaysia...
Well done for him!...
Perhaps mayb this is t only medal Malaysia get from this Olympic...I'm sure he vy vy pressured since Saturday after he manage to go to final...So, we should not blame for his poor performance... I think he also dun wan this to happen...Right?
His competitor is world's top badminton single player so of course he play very very well...Here I should admit that Lin Dan move & respond very fast than our player...Congratulation too to Lin Dan....

I hope Lee Chong Wei dun give up because of this...He should take this tournament as a lesson to improve himself for future tournament...

Best wishes for him....

Good News For PTPTN Borrowers!

Last night I unintentionally heard fm tv news got mentioned about PTPTN but didn't manage to catch the exact info coz u knwlar thy report it vy fast...So, this morning once i arrived office straight away go to online New Straits Times to look for it...The PTPTN have deduct their charges fm 3% to 1%....
Why I'm so happy? Because I'm oso one of the borrowers... Unbelievable, right?
Dun worry here I attach a copy from New Straits Times today about this good news....

PUTRAJAYA: The new service fee for National Higher Education Corporation loans is now a flat rate of one per cent, down from three to five per cent

In making the decision yesterday, the cabinet decided that effective June 1, the new rate would be extended to borrowers for all undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

They include all future and existing borrowers as well as those servicing their loans following the completion of their studies.

Students applying for loans before the new system is implemented will have their applications processed and approved according to existing rates and an adjustment will be made later when the new system is developed by December.

Previously, the administration fee for PTPTN undergraduate borrowers was three per cent while the charges for postgraduate study loans were fixed at five per cent.
Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said the National Fatwa Council, which was consulted on the matter, was agreeable with the decision.

The matter was brought before the council to determine whether the fee was syariah-compliant.

In meeting syariah requirements, the fee must be entirely for service charges.

In line with the change, Khaled said new agreements would be issued to all borrowers by early next year. They will then have one month to complete the new agreement and return them to PTPTN.

"If a borrower fails to do this, he will continue to service his loan under the old rate."

Now u should believe lor... Let's party!

Hungry Ghost Festival

When heard about GHOST, everyone will feel afraid...Even me oso feel like tat...
I think some of you still didn't heard about this Hungry Ghost Festival...Actually it is quite alike with Halloween for American..& this Ghost Festival is for chinese... The Festival of the Hungry ghosts is on the seventh moon in the Chinese lunar calendar...This year it drop on the month of August...Actually I myself also not quite sure the exact meaning for this festival... So, I just search it online & find this interesting fact about this festival...So, for those who never heard or not quite sure about this festival, here are the fact i would like to share with you here...

"Hungry Ghost festival is a popular occasion that is taken very seriously by the Chinese. This festival that falls on the 7th month of the lunar New Year is celebrated mainly in China and other countries like Singapore & Malaysia. It is believed by the Chinese that during this month, the gates of hell are opened to free the hungry ghosts who then wander to seek food on Earth. Some even think that the ghosts would seek revenge on those who had wronged them in their lives. The reason why the Chinese celebrate this festival is to remember their dead family members and pay tribute to them. They also feel that offering food to the deceased appeases them and wards off bad luck.

Celebration

Another belief among the Chinese is that the dead return to visit their living relatives during the 7th month and thus they prepare a sumptuous meal for the ‘hungry ghosts’. The Chinese feel that they have to satisfy the ghosts in order to get good fortune and luck in their lives.

During the 7th month, the Chinese offer prayers to the deceased relatives and burn joss sticks. In Singapore, it is a common sight to see entertaining ‘wayang’ shows and concerts performed on outdoor stages in some neighborhoods. These events are always held at night. There is a belief that this entertainment would please those wandering ghosts.

Superstitions

An interesting superstition that the Chinese have about the festival is that it is bad to go swimming during the 7th month. They think that an evil ghost might cause you to drown in the swimming pool. In addition to this, children are also advised to return home early and not to wander around alone at night. This belief is due to the reason that the wandering ghosts might possess children.

Offerings to the Dead

The Chinese also do a lot of offerings to the deceased. These offerings are made by burning fake money notes, which are also known as ‘hell money’ and even paper television or radio sets. Some families also burn paper houses & cars to give to their dead relatives. The Chinese feel that these offerings reach the ghosts and help them live comfortably in their world.

The Chinese regard the 15th of the month as an important date to give a feast to the ghosts. On this date, the family will cook a lot of dishes and offer them to the deceased. This is done to please the ghosts and also to gain good luck for the family. 15 days after the feast, the festival will be over, as the Chinese believe that the ghosts return back to where they come from."

My advise for all of you... In this month make sure go home early & try dun wander at the street at nite time to avoid being disturb by the ghost...

Loofah

This is another ordinary recipe I like to share here. Loofah...It is a type of cucumber...The taste more nice than real cucumber...I mean after cook...This vege can used to make body scrub sponge when it mature....

Ingredients:
Loofah- remove the skin, cut half & slice it into thin pieces
Carrot - slice it into thin pieces
1 no. egg
Some glass noodles - soak it in cool water until soft
Some dry fish (bought it from Korea), can substitute with dry shrimp
Some chopped garlics
Some 'tung choi' (preserved vegetable)

Seasonings:
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
Half tsp of maggi seasoning sauce
2 tbsp of oil
Some salt & pepper powder to taste
1 cup of water

Method:
Heat the wok & add the oil. Then, sautee the chopped garlic until fragrant.
After that, add in the dry fish/shrimp...Stir fry it until fragrant.
Follow by loofah & carrot...Stir fry it for while & add the oyster sauce & maggi seasoning...Continue to stir it...
Then, pour in water & the 'tung choi'...
Let it simmer until the loofah tender, add some salt & pepper powder...
Finally, pour in the beaten egg & stir it...
Dish up...

Birthday Girl

This is the cake for the birthday girl from her godmother (my auntie), order from her neighbour... Yoghurt Cheese Cake....Even though t cake decoration look so simple but it taste yummy...

Wow...Seem a lot of presents the birthday girl received...That is my other niece(blue color cloth) in that pic, she oso very excited to see the cake & presents, she even told us her birthday is today(her birthday still got 2 months to go) lol...

Fried Belacan Four-Winged Beans

Last week I went to market & saw this Four-winged beans...Straight away I bought it coz long time din eat it since i married...A bunch of 5 or 6 pieces cost RM1...Enough for 2 persons...This bean is more tasty if cook with belacan... So, I went to supermarket to bought a Maggi brand belacan/shrimp powder (more convenience)...
The ingredients I need to cook this dish are show in the picture below:-

Four-Winged Beans (cut into small pieces)
Some Dried Shrimps
Some chopped garlics
Some chopped chili (cili padi)

Seasoning:
1 tsp Maggi belacan powder
1 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp of water

Method:
First of all, heat the wok and add in the oil.
Add in the chopped garlics, follow by dried shrimps, chopped chili & belacan powder.
Sautee it until fragrant.
Then, add in the four-winged beans.
Stir fry it & add in the water. Continue to stir fry until the beans cook.
Finally, dish out & serve with hot rice.
It's a very easy dish...I'm sure everybody can cook it...

Then I just remember I got this present paper bag which I get it from a friend during my wedding... So, i can reused it... Not bad right? Some more, I can add items at any time...

Fried Yee Mee

Juz want to share my ordinary recipe with all of u. Sorry for the not so appealing pics below..Even though it look like not so nice, but honestly tell u it's quite yummy...Mayb I'm too hungry that time... Tis dish i made it for dinner las month whn my honey need to work OT until midnite... I bought the 'yee mee' at pasar tat morning... 3 pcs a pack cost RM1.80 if i'm not mistaken...For the ingredients, juz pick wat i can found in my my refrigerator.... :D Here's we go the recipe & method to cook tis dish:-

Ingredients:
1 pc of Yee Mee
Some beansprouts
Some dry prawns
Some lettuces (slice it)
Some chop garlics
Some chop red onion

Seasoning:
2 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of soy sauce
1/2 tsp of dark soy sauce
sugar & salt to taste
a dash of pepper powder

Method:
1. Add the yee mee into the boiling water to soften it (not too soft). Remove it & blanch in cool water & dry it.
2. Heat the wok & add in the oil. Then, sautee the chop garlic & red onion until fragrant. Add in the dry prawn & sautee it until fragrant.
3. Add in the yee mee & stir fry for a while. Add in the seasoning & continue to stir fry it.
4. Finally, add in the beansprouts & lettuces. Stir fry it until everything mix up.
5. Dish up & serve with chilli sauce .

Notes : You can add any additional ingredients such as egg, mushroom,meat & any vege that found in your refrigerator.

Hai..such a boring day..I'm sure everyone especially employee (ta kong chai) are agree with me..I feel very sleepy & tired now coz last night can't sleep very well...maybe yesterday sleep too much..lol :D.. It is normal lar in a week only 1 day can sleep kow kow...Today is a history for me.. why?? Coz i'm blogging instead of juz read other people's blogs...At least, blogging can become a motivation for me to come to office with happy mood everyday...coz i dun have pc at home yet...such a failure for tis millenium era...lol..will work for it...
